Points at McDonald’s

The McDonald’s app seems to be a problem when points are being redeemed. The staff at the store then tells us that head office says that they should say that the points will be back after 30 minutes if the app kicks them out before redeeming. This has happened three times already and I have lost over 19,000 points over these three times. They refuse to still give the meal even though they can see exactly what happened. If the point system is off then they give the wrong order, that’s if we even receive the order. Every single time there is something that troubles.
