PLUMSTEAD MC DONALDS Time wasted. No food and points ******!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Utterly disgusted at the service received at Mc Donalds!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK AND WILL STRONGLY PERSUADE ANYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM PLUMSTEAD MC DONALDS!

1. Placed an order from my app with my points for a grand chicken habanero with a free sprite for 5000 points. (Along with a happy meal and other food seperate to the app purchases). 2. PAID. 3. Before receiving food, noticed that we were CHARGED (AND PAID) FOR THE HABANERO BURGER. 4. PLUS MY 5000 POINTS WERE DEDUCTED FROM MY APP. 5. We then had to come inside WITH A 1 YEAR OLD BABY + A TODDLER IN THE STORMY RAIN. 6. Staff then refused to give me a refund - As a result of their error - I WAS EVIDENTLY DOUBLE CHARGED FOR the burger. 7. Staff said my points would return - STILL NO POINTS AND NOT ABLE TO REDEEM THE BURGER THAT THEY CLAIMED WOULD REFLECT, AND IT IS 1 WEEK LATER! 8. We spent close to if not more than 1 hour trying to sort out MC DONALDS MISTAKE. 9. After a long back and forth in store WITH 2 KIDS IN THE RAIN. Staff reluctantly gave a refund and insisted that the points would return. Which never happened!

1 week has passed, and the 5000 points have still not reflected. We wasted our time there. AND LEFT WITH NO FOOD AND A PROMISE OF POINTS RETURNING TO THE APP.

IN ADDITION BOTH MY KIDS GOT SICK AS A RESULT OF HAVING TO GET OUT OF A WARM CAR INTO THE STORMY WEATHER TO SORT OUT YOUR ERROR.

Time wasted. No food and points ******! Putrid service and false advertising when saying one can use points, only to charge and make customers pay in addition to taking points. Terrible!
