PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME! - Mcdonald's Doesn't care about the clients

I was at the Westgate Branch over the last 2 days spending over R200 per visit, and I am told that I cannot claim any points for my orders because of issues with the app. However, we as the user can access and claim on the app. Plus there is no warning or precaution before entering in. I am deeply disappointed at this and it is a waste to try and use the app.

Then, Yesterday I ordered specifically the snackbox and I was again let down as the nuggets were hard and cold and the tenders were over cooked and yet we had to wait because they were cooking tenders. I have an overall perception that Mcdonalds dont care about their quality at all!
