Please close the drive trough

First the screen at the drive trough has not been working for 4 weeks, what is the point in order from the order point in the drive trough when you get to the window the guy who took the order is like, so what is your order? i took my money and i was on my way, i use the drive trough because i did not have 30 min to stand inside and after waiting for 30 min the guy does not even have my order. i am truly speechless
