PLEASE CAN I HAVE MY MONEY BACK MCDONALDS

Saturday night at 20:30pm i placed an order with Mcdelivery on the Mds app, my card was charged for the amount and money gone off my bank account, only to get a message 'Sorry we could not find your order, i called the call center only to be told we apologies but u can reorder or wait for Monday to request a refund, moving to today Wednesday i have still not been refunded, i have called and spoke to different people, my order was supposed to have been placed with the Faramerre branch of Mcdonald, I have been in contact with a lady who assured me I would be refunded and she even called to ask if she could deliver my order 3 days later, to which i declined and asked for a refund. Mcdonalds made a stuff up with my order and im begging for my money back.....Can I just get my MONEY BACK MCDONALDS.
