PLEASE AVOID MCDONALDS - WORSE SERVICE

DO NOT MAKE USE OF MCDONALDS DELIVERY, YOU WILL NOT GET THE FOOD. After order food, and tracking it, I am still waiting for my food. Ive called the call centre several times and placed messages - I have wasted time, money and petrol driving to a branch. I had to collect the food myself or else I still would’ve waited for the food. After I requested a refund I was informed that I cannot get a refund. I literally had to take my food I ordered a day ago and leave. The call centre is also so ***********. God help us in this country coz with such services and disrespect. I am truly sad to say, I will not make use of McDonalds and will tell everyone I come into contact with of the bad experience!
