Play area smells like urine

The food was good but the service was lacking, they only brought half our food to the table so my boyfriend had to go down stairs to go get our daughters food. The play area smelt badly of urine and it was obvious that a homeless person was living in it as there were sigarette butts cardboard boxes and mat he's laying everywhere inside. Very disappointing for a children's play area.
