Place and order and Paid, 24hrs later still no delivery

Place and online order at 18h30 and pay online. By 20H00 we had no received an order, went online to track our order and they say it has been delivered. Phoned in and was placed on hold for 20min. Eventually I put the phone down and redailed, to be told they would follow up and give us a call, and 21H00 they phoned and aplogised and say that the order was leaving now for delivery, it is the following day still no delivery, no call explaining and I am still hungry. I will never place an order with McDonalds ever again,
