Pity about your Standards

Last night ordered 2 x Quarter Pound DE Luxe meals and 2 x 3 piece MCPops from Somerset West Waterstone branch.

Upon coming home, we noticed that the full order was not present, with the MCPops being left out of the package. Unfortunately the burger patties were completely dried out, like they have been in a warmer for many hours.

The next day I went to the branch just to enquire about the MCPops that were not recieved and in response they wanted to give my other part of the order only then. I requested a refund on the MCPops as it was no point in ordering any as it was for the night before. The manager then responded that you do not do any refunds and I can order anything to the value of the MCPops on the menu.

Now except for the poor quality burgers that we had the night before. The response from YOUR management was unprofessional with not even an apology to the mistake that was made by YOUR branch.

It might be a small situation. But if your food quality is below standard and orders are not being given out correctly, with management not even caring, then no matter the size of the situation. People will not come back.
