Physically Assaulted By The Owner of McDonalds at Florida

Yesterday (28-04-2016) I went to McDonald's at Ontdekkers Road & Beacon Road around 1pm and sat down and plugged my laptop, then after 45 minutes i then placed my order of a McFeast deluxe and then went to sit and eat, finished eating and then connected my phone to the wifi, then after 2 hours the owner of the Mcdonalds came to me and said his shop supervisor by the name of Kefilwe said I have been seating in their chairs for hours and i have only ordered once and then he said i must leave his restaurant because i cannot order and the sit in the shop for more than 4 hours and i then told him that i have never heard of such a rule and i won't leave since is have spent my money on the burger already and then he aggressively cursed me and said i must leave his store, that is when i saw that this issue is serious and then packed my things, as i was about to leave i then told him that this is a franchise with a worldwide reputation and what his doing is not allowed and he then responded and said I’m black and stupid, so what do i know? I then responded and told told him that i'll take him to the civil rights court that is when he told me f*ck off and slapped me on my face and then grabbed me by my neck and then pushed me outside and told me to leave, mind you this happened in front of all his staff and customers, i also have a witness who saw all of this. I then went to the Roodepoort Police Station to open a case of assault against him and will also take up this matter with the consumer protection and via the civil courts, please look into this matter and let me know
