Phone snatched at McDonald's drive thru

I was waiting for food at Mc Donald's drive thru Menlyn Rietfontein road on the 19/11/2023 at 21:15 when ******s grabbed my phone from me thru the window at the drive thru We asked McDonald's staff where is the car that ordered before us they said they didn't order and these seems to be the same people who took my phone They did not show any interest in the matter,did not take my details in a nutshell they did not want to get involved.Its their premises atleast they should take your details should something like that happen again we can compare the notes.
