people loitering around the drive thru

So I always go to Mcdonal Midrand by church street at night and there always people loitering around the drive thru area asking to be bought food. I would do it for one person but now it is becoming a bad habit what they doing. You always feel unsafe and I talk for other customers when I say they very problematic. Today there were 3 of the randon people loitering around at night and customers where just leaving without ordering. We are being harrassedm iit is about time they organise some form of security for customers.
