Payment refund

I have placed a online order on the 30th March 2023, the order did not go through but the payment went through on my bank account, I phoned them immediately and reported it. They said it will take 5 to 7 days for the refund. On the 11th April 2023 I have still not received any refund so I phoned them again and they phoned me 8 pm at night on 11 April 2023 and said they will be processing the refund and that the person will phone me on 12 April 2023 8 am to report back to me, today is the 13th April 2023 still haven't heard anything back and still NO refund. Mc Donalds Ermelo has the worst customer service in the hole town.
