Paying for toys and not receiving it!! It's called *****ing!!!!!!!!

Today we visited McDonald's Parow drive thru, after giving my order and ordering a toy separately from meals and proceeding to pick-up point, I checked my food and saw chips missing already, I asked them and chips was given...as driving away I about 15 mins away my daughter started looking for her toy that was paid for!!! It was not in any of the brown paper bags!!!
