Paying before receiving goods

I ordered 4x Big Mac and a happy meal the driver only had 3x Big Macs and a happy meal short of 1x meal I called the store with the driver they said they will deliver the 1x meal ituis was around 8:00pm it’s 20:00 now and still waiting. Unfortunately with the app I’ve already paid but not received what I bought. McDonald’s Auckland park is very poor in customer service and delivery
