Pay Attention to your clients

When calling regarding my delivery the lady who didn't bother giving me her name, was rude and very unhelpful. She was conversing with a fellow employee while on the line with me, she was outright rude! This service is appalling! We couldn't reach a conclusion as everything is a joke to her!
