Pathetic UberEats

I placed an order with Uber eats at 16h39pm.....for McDonald's at Cradlestone......I live 2 km from the restaurant. At 18h22, latest eta is now 18h40pm....driver still not at the restaurant at this time. If you don't want hours delay in your delivery, don't waste your time using UberEats. Sheer incompetence. And u will not even find a no to call to follow up with UberEats or complain....very strategic of them.
