Pathetic staff workers

Bad service. Pathetic staff. No customer service. Mc donalds Sutherland street mthatha.if u need to use the toilet u need to buy 1st at mc donalds Sutherland street.. had an urgency to use the toilet even after telling the staff member u will purchase at the store.she blocks u 4rm entering the toilet and tells u to 1st buy even after explaining how urgent the toilet is and u are gona purchase from the store.. I had to quarrel with her and the security to go to the toilet.. I almost wouldve made it in my pants and messed myself ..after using the toilet I did my purchase of a bic Mac and a cheese burger meal...and sat there to eat. I left my number with the supervisor and also went in on another day to see the manager..the manager took my number and had no decency of getting back to me...
