Pathetic servo McDonald's carnival mall

Today at around 8 10 we stopped at McDonald's I ordered a mcfeast (SPICEY) with a Coke no ice and my brother ordered a Cajun garlic with a watermelon mcfizz we get to the paying window she confirms the order and says again so a spicey mcfeast I agreed and paid... so we get to the collection window and this is where everything goes wrong the lady (wearing a pink sissy boy shirt) gives our drinks it WAS INCORRECT I said excuse me mam that's not mine she rudly says "" well then you must pay the difference I am not changing it" I take out a R100 as it's all I have she says" no I can't take that I don't have change so tak3 those drinks" I say no I don't want these I didn't ask for that she starts harassing us and performing qe then asked for a manager to our surprise she claimed she WAS THE MANAGER... WITH A PATHETIC ATTITUDE ND no way of speaking .. I'm highly disappointed in the service as I am a regular at this branch and this is the service I get she should definitely be fired or demoted qnd they need proper managers who can deliver customer service
