pathetic services

Last night about 20:00 i called McDonald's delivery *** order was placed and the lady confirmed it will be delivered in 20-30mins.After a hour and a half i called to check on the order and the *********** lady could not give me any information she just said the restaurant is not answering and she would call me back before they closed.Of course she didn't call me back but at 22:00 a lady from maitland McDonald's called and said they won't be able to deliver because they have no driver.Thats the most pathetic and disgusting service experienced McDonald's is a highly regarded fast food restaurant and this should not even be happening.Had they called me earlier it would have been better but 2 hours later.i will never use them ever.
