Pathetic service…as usual

Good day

Not like this email will make any difference BUT I feel I should voice my opinion as a consumer and customer. Living in the Vaal, McDonald’s Vereeniging is the worst place to go to the drive thru. The ordering machine at the drive thru firstly you have to wait till they feel they want to assist you in the most RURAL African accent and manner. Their pronunciation of the items in the menu puts McDonald’s an American product to shame! The display does not show you what you ordered so you never know how much the order is and what you asked for. Come to the window and the woman with the most problems in the world is there to assist you. Shame i feel like donating my whole life to her betterment cos she is so sour and unfriendly.

After going through your entire order at the collection window and missing half your order and not getting what you wanted. I always say Grilled chicken fold over with NO onions and no tomatoes BUT my luck I win it always!!!

So you tell me now how much more happier can I be ordering. Oh and the new thing TODAY is that I cannot get a Spicy grilled chicken fold over anymore. I have to order a normal fold over and ask, we’ll PAY for spicy sauce R8. Ah the joys of venting with no results. Anyway I am writing this in utter frustration as one can tell and if I don’t cut my wrist out of anger and dissatisfaction, I might post on social media and start campaigning. I mean look at the amount of money we, well I pay to get such **** service!!! (Photo of slips attached!) Or maybe as usual I should just shut up and leave it be as NOTHING changes.
