Pathetic service we received at McDonald's

I had a horrible experience at McDonald's Newcastle Corner. The level of service was *******. Me and my family went to McDonald's to eat after a long day we had, the kids were very hungry so we stopped at the restaurant and ordered food at 15:42 pm on the 09/082026. Our meals arrived at around about 16:50, when everyone who came after us has gone home. They lost our slip, they did not show any empathy for their behavior. Only one lady who came to realize that we have not received our order after my daughter went to check and still had to wait for another 30 minutes. Zanele Mabaso who was cleaning the tables came to our rescue, she went and check for our food and made sure we receive it and she apologized for what has happened in a very professional manner, she is brilliant and knows her work. As for the ones that were responsible no one came to us even after they saw that our order was not prepared in time. We really felt undermined somehow. Imagine having kids looking at another kids in other tables eating and they were hungry.
