Pathetic service & Rude staff McDonald's Athlone Amanzimtoti

McDonald's Arbour town Amanzimtoti most pathetic experience today...the staff was absolutely rude & the experience was awful. The teller was rude , no manners with a bad attitude..her name is Mbali walked out on me mid through the order. Ice cream machine was out of order. They had no chocolate milkshake. Manager on duty was Zinhle. All the staff are screaming at each other.Staff voices are so loud ...it is above that of the customers. It was an experience of buying a burger at the ****a shop around the corner.The franchise is filthy and customers were all sitting quietly listening to the rowdy staff. Above everything else the teller could not assist us ; she did the order over 3 times and still got it wrong. It was the most horrific experience EVER. SO VERY TRAUMATIC
