Pathetic service of Mcdonalds cresta mall

I placed an order at 11:15 am today and my order was not delivered on the estimated delivery time(12:15) then i called your customer service at 12:20 and was advised that my order was supposed to be delivered at 12:00 then i received a call from the store mcdonald cresta spoke to Refilwe or Kefilwe who confirmed what customer service said and dropped the line then called back stating that she has a max call time of 3min then she said they only have 1 driver and that driver was delivering a big order for another customer in other words my order was not that important since it was just a small meal when i asked for her surname and store manager's name and surname she refused to furnish the info then the line dropped again and she never called me back when i called using my own phone she then decides to tell me the manager's name "Matlhasedi" when i requested to speak to him/her she said he/she is not in but can get a senior caled Patience when she took over she told me that she cant loose her job over a lousy R40 meal,as a customer i belive that i was supposed to be compensated for this pathetic service i received from this store and the driver Sipho who **** to me when i called him at 12:55 and said he'll b here in the next 5 min and it took him 35min when he arrived my meal was cold my coldrink turned into tasteless water
