Pathetic Service & NO Delivery.

I placed an order at around 10:30am today via Mcdonald's online application. The order has been received by the restaurant and estimated delivery was reflected at 11:50 - 12:05. It is now 12:20 and my order has still not been delivered. I called the call center, the lady put me on hold whilst she attempted to call the restaurant and after some time, came back on the line to tell me she cannot get a hold of the restaurant and she will call me back once she does. Here I am sitting without lunch and no communication from them at all. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM.
