Pathetic Service Mcdonalds Lenasia

Good Day , Today is the 14th December 2018 , 21.45pm , i have ordered a delivery service at 20.01 pm , from McDonald Lenasia , I received it just a few mins before I started typing this mail , which will be like 21.30 , and the driver comes without change despite me requesting for change , the reason for my complaint is that since the new Mcdonalds / Mccafe has opened the service is pathetic . This is not the first time we ordered delivery service and we request change and they do not bring it or come like they say 35 to 45 mins . The service at the store is just so bad , we once ordered a cheese cake which was the last piece , we ordered before someone else , just cause we were waiting for a sandwich they gave the last piece cake to the person that ordered after me and they were giving us frozen cake to eat . I have so many other complaints since the revamped Mcdonalds opened . The owner really needs to look at how things are being done , its just a pity that my kids like Mcdonalds or else I would never go back there , and I thought things will get better as they have just opened but things just keep getting worst . On Thursday , 13/12 i was there at 6.20am , all I wanted was coffee and coke , would you image we had to wait so long for that , and there was no other customers . If you feel i am over exaggerating please be so kind as to explain to me why . I did not complain all this time but today i think i have had just about too much now .
