Pathetic service McDonald's Craighall Park, Randburg

i called into McDonald's delivery this morning and i must say that i am really unhappy with the service i received from McDonald's in Craighall park, upon my delivery i found that the milkshake they had delivered was sour\spoilt,this was only realised after i have tasted it,i then called the delivery number back and spoke to a gentlemen who then advised me that i would receive a call from the store manager Mpho,she did call me seconds later,first of all she did not apologise for sending something that was spoilt,she then offered to give me Juice in place of the milkshake,i then explained to her that i paid for a milkshake and not a juice,she then told me that she doesn't know what to do,she can send me two different milkshakes for me to taste, i was really appalled by this woman's response,first of all i am pregnant,she expects me to taste if the other two are not spoilt, no sympathy in her voice,thinking that this is a joke or something,i must say that working in corporate company myself,i know what bad customer service is and how a complaint should be dealt with,I agreed to her sending me an ice cream only if she tasted it first,they then delivered it in a packaging that looked as if everything was just thrown in the cup with chocolate syrup running over and a plastic covering it,i felt so sick of the milkshake i tasted and still had to look at this ice cream sent,i just threw it away,

i must say that i will never buy anything from that McDonald's ever again and i will also let everyone know of this pathetic service
