Pathetic Service - McDonald's Cavendish

Cavendish Square Mcdonald's - really pathetic service! As much as I understand that when the store is busy, mistakes can happen, yet I refuse to accept "backchat" when we highlight these errors. Acknowledge that you made a mistake and rectify it; do not have a debate with me about why the order is wrong!!! Just fix it!!! Error 1 - I ordered a Coke with a Happy Meal, only to be given a Fanta with no explanation at 1st, only then to be told that there isnt Coke available, however 5 seconds later there is Coke available??? does this sound confusing??? it was confusing while standing there watching this unfold!!! 2nd Error - medium sprite ordered, but a large sprite was given after we were told that there are no medium lids for the medium cups!!! yet, 5 seconds later, medium cups appeared???? error 3 - medium fries ordered, but the box was less than half filled! #unimpressed!!! error 4 - large strawberry milkshake ordered, however it tasted weird...after a few sips, the STRAWBERRY milkshake started tasting like a CHOCOLATE milkshake, and soon after that, started tasting like STRAWBERRY again!!! as i said, i find it strange that after so many mistakes are made, these, uhm, people, have the audacity to try and argue us down as if we made these rudimentary mistakes! i highly recommend customer service training for your frontline staff, because it is visibly lacking! i will not recommended this branch to anyone because of the attitudes displayed by your staff members today, who are tarnshing the image of your brand!!!
