Pathetic Service Macdonald's Robert Sobukwe CPT

No customer values. I have been to the Macdonald's franchise on Robert Sobukwe Road..last Friday 21/02/2020 @ 19:45pm.I went inside the establishment to order 2Big Mac Meals...Medium,but didn't wanted Coke so I ask for Cream soda instead.I look at my till slip an.I got Slammed with an extra R4.00 for changing from Coke.I was told it's the Sugar Tax...come on man....so I ask the teller where does it state and she politely pointing it out on the display behind her.It was so so small,it's like the T&C on any document that nobody can read because of the size of the letters...an hey I don't where optics so my eye site is flipping good.I got a picture to proof where I was standing that you can not see or read what it says on that display board...because it's very small...you need to lean in against the safety bars to focus and read....my question is why not make that huge so customers like myself and others can see...it clearly.During my wait(Nr149)from 19:45pm I think or it looks like it was shift change so every order was half finish and the staff just left very vocal on there way home.So to say I only got my oder(cold food) 45min later...I was in the shop with 5 people ahead of me so it was not full.or busy...so what I am saying is Macdonald's Robert Sobukwe Cape Town your service are Not sitting well with me an my family really...to this Branch everybody that walks in there are just a....Number for the staff that's employed there...really South Africa!!!
