Pathetic service Macdonalds Macdonalds klerksdorp

I was at Macdonalds N12 klerksdorp, on Wesnesday, I ordered my meal proceed to payment, payed and priceed to collection, the worker at collection refusevto give me my food since I was in my car without a mask, it was raining heavilly my window halfway up, she was wearing a mask around her neck, not covering mouth or nose, so I stopped my car switched off and waited for 10minutes in the rain without food I payed for, pathetic service, hope somebody at franchise head office reads this, and close this down forever
