Pathetic service macdonald

On the 21st of December I went macdonald birch acres mall in thembisa the service there is pathetic it discusting no word can describe the service that I got there I don't know if the staff went on training or not the lady by the name of Tshikulume T she is rude we dont need her in front she needs to prepare food at the back.cause with her service thats a no no...she argue with the a customer in front of customers no apology nothing.when they prepare food they don't even were caps thats hygiene.or is it because it's location.even the manager I think he need training cause he was there when the incident happend he was worried about the que instead of focusing and fixing their pathetic service, that they are providing to customers I don't think I will ever go there and buy their food.
