Pathetic service, *********** staff and no resolution!

pathetic and *********** service from Mcdonald in Trade route Lenasia. I went to buy 2xChicken foldover meals, 2xhappy meals and a spicy cajun meal. I added a Mcfizz to my order. I then made a card payment and got my food. when I get home my happy meals are missing drinks and I have a Mcroyale that I didn't order. Also, my spicy cajun was just a burger not a meal. this upset me and I called the manager the number is on the slip and he couldn't assist me. I called the landline and spoke to some guy who said his the manager and said they couldn't deliver for me because I live far. my question is how is that my problem? I got a call from Nobantu Buthelezi who I laid my complaint to and she said I'll get my refund via eft. to this day im waiting for my refund or for someone to call me for my account details. im soooo ****ed off I will never ever buy from you guys EVER. your staff is ***********. when I was served at the drive thru, there were 4 ladies serving me. why? I dnt understand. hence the unnecessary mistakes.
