pathetic service from reputable outlet

<p>On the 15th July i went to the new McDonalds outlet at the Phoenix plaza, Durban, south africa. Being a new store and such a big franchisei never expected such terrible service as i always eat McDonalds every weekend. There was 1 customerbefore me n 1 at the till n yet it took over 30minutes for me to be served. The person at the till was very arrogance, had no customer relations, spoke very abruptly and messed up the order. I asked for no ice in the cooldrink but it was full of ice. I ordered extra sauce on the side, which we even paid for and we got a pathetic helping. By the time we reached home outr meals were cold, yet we live a minute away drive. Service needs to drastically improve at this branch as it is a new outet. Utterly disappointed from what used to be my favourite outlet. </p>
