Pathetic service from McDonald's Bruma

Extremely bad customer service from the Bruma store.

The quality of the food was not exactly as to what I ordered:

One of my orders was McRoyal medium meal. I received it on a small bun with no sauces. The another was a cheese burger. It was packed in the cheese burger wrapper with no cheese.

Very disappointed and the staff are also very rude.
