Pathetic service from McDonald's at the Ridge Shallcross.

This is the 4th time iv purchased a Big Mac meal from McDonald's at the Ridge in Shallcross Durban, where iv finally returned my meal as firstly the drive through takes forever and still they get my order wrong, There was no sauce in my meal and it was NOT presentable at all... Iv purchased from this franchise out of convenience but iv never had this problem at any other McDonald's. Upon returning my meal I wasn't even offered for my meal to be sorted out, instead became an argument where I was being told that's how the burger is. This McDonald's has to be the most pathetic as if hasn't changed in the past 4 times purchasing from them. Very disappointed.
