Pathetic service from McDelivery!

I had the most horrific experience now when ordering McDonalds online (McDelivery). I spoke to Maropeng Monyela and she was extremely rude! She told me it was MY mistake that I had to wait this long for my order because I placed a "sleeping order". I did not even know that one could do that or how to do that. So if I made a mistake, then fine, help me to fix it. But don't shout at me and tell me it is MY FAULT and there is nothing you can do! McDelivery service is just pathetic!
