Pathetic Service From McDelivery?

I have been having the worst experience with McDelivery?

Firstly, the drivers never have change and then have an attitude when asked to bring the change at a later time. Not forgetting “Later” never comes.

Secondly, by the time they’ve actually delivered the food it’s cold/ the chips taste stale or the drinks are just spilled leaving me with half the drink left when I receive it.?

Finally, they NEVER read the “special instructions”.

At this point I’m even tired of calling McDonalds Custormer Care. All I ever get is : “We’re sorry about your bad experience we will call the store to report the incident.”

Do I get feedback? Not at all.

So basically McDonald’s is quite happy inconveniencing their customers with poor food quality and service. ?
