Pathetic service for mc Donald commercial road Port Elizabeth

I had bought a burger last night at mc Donald’s commercial road in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) I orderd a Mcfeast regular meal and when I got home as I was coming from work only to find the burger Pattie’s burnt and dry I took pictures of the burger as I couldn’t eat it ,it was burnt and dry at the same time and I only took two bites that’s when I decided I’m not going eat it any threw it away.

I called them on *** which is the number on the slip and on google as well but the phone kept dropping and saying call failed.

Today which is a Saturday 17:45 I went to the McDonald’s to lodge a complaint and had pictures on my phone as I tried to call yesterday to let them know how unhappy I was but that failed.

When I got there I spoke to one of the cashiers she apologised and said she will call manager the manager came and asked me what happend and I told him and showed him pictures of the burger he asked me where the burger was I said I threw it away and he said sorry we can’t help you because we need the burger. My question is was I suppose to bring the burger which I didn’t know ? Where they not supposed to refund me or make me another one as they can see the evidence I have brought, I mean I went there and travelled about 7km to and 7km from the manager by the name of Joseph Nogoboka did not show any remorse instead he had a little stinking attitude thinking he has got it.

I am so disgusted and never buying there again I wish I was able to post pictures here.
