Pathetic service ever

I placed an order 1hour 30min ago and I still haven't received my order. This is not the first time is happening and guess what? there is no any form of communication from the shop that my order will be late..I find this service very disgusting and will never ever recommend anyone to place an order again. The last time I received cold food and if you guys can check on my profile I place very big orders..I want this to be addressed with management and I feel thatvibjust waisted my money for food that I'll never even enjoy and cold ones..
