Pathetic service

I had a terrible experience at mcdonald's carlswald midridge, i ordered 2 meals via drive through which cost about R150 and the waietr did a completely wrong order worth R300, after i paid i realised this is not what i ordered and the waiter admitted she made a mistake so i asked her to do the correct order and give me the back the difference as a refund, they refused and said they can give me vouchers or they can reverse the money within 7 days, i got angry and cancelled the whole order and demanded my money back since im not the one who rang the wrong order, they still told me to i have to leave my details and still the refund can only be done in 7 days with attitude, i got angry and they called security on me and treatened to call the policy, what a pathetic service, i will never step my food in that place again.
