Pathetic Service

I had an issue with an order I made via the app in December, I logged a complaint and was never contacted to resolve this issue. I ordered food on their app, and realized after I had made my order that the captured cellphone number was incorrect. The app would not let me update this. The order was never delivered at all and all attempts to resolve this(including trying to call the call center where I was left waiting for 30min when I gave up). I am simply disgusted in the way this was managed and I am very unlikely to use this service ever again, especially considering I have use it for more than a year and NEVER had this issue before.
