Pathetic Service

I waited 45 minutes for my food after placing it, paid for it and asked for eat in at McDonalds Oudtshoorn. I checked in twice in that time with them where my food is as people came and went as we waited. Talking to the manager, he just shrugged his shoulders and said all he can say is sorry...then they refused to give my receipt back....and said they cannot reprint my receipt....pathetic...and if the manager looks like that I can understand why the rest of the staff also looks like that...I will never ever be back at McDonalds Oudtshoorn...sis! I really hope Karma treat them equally soon.
