Pathetic service

I'm very disappointed with the service of Umlazi megacity McDonald's and it not the first time, this time they really got on my last nerve that why I decided to write this review

I bought a Mc****in and they said I must wait at the parking which I did, one lady came to give me my order and I was ready to eat since I was very hungry. When I open my order aybo it was terrible and it was smelling it was like rotten than I went straight to them and ask if they saw my order or what the lady took it and ask if they can change it without even apologizing to me ,I wanted to cry cz I was very angry than i ended up leaving the store

Their service is pathetic ,the other time I bought foldover when I reach home thr was no tomato and lettuce inside, their orange juice is weak compared to the other McDonalds and they always don't have ketchup if you ask them
