Pathetic Service . Dip always not Available

Good Day . I would like to get the operational manager or regional managers involved in this . You McDonald Beyers Naude always doesnt have a Dip whether is chocolate or caramel . This has been going on since April . Well there have been several complaints and Collip Moeng (Manager) seem not to care . Its not about the price of the Ice cream but Customer Service . Why is it easy to find it at otheracDonalds besides Beyers Naude??
