Pathetic Service delivery from Mcdelivery service

This is the the 3rd time i am receiving such poor service from \mcdelivery".<br> There are always items missing from my order and all the driver can say is he should check the order before packing. Today we ordered 2 happy meals and 1 mcchicken meal and 1 happy meal was not delivered. Now we have to eat the food cold because we have to wait for the delivery man to bring the other meal. Mcdelivery is not responsible for explaining to my 4 year old daughter that her food has not arrived but everyone else has there food. When i called the call centre to complain the agent did not bother to hear my complaint instead told me that the customer care has already closed for the day and when i asked to speak to the manager i was told there was no manager on duty as they in a call centre. she continued to try to redirect me to something else but due to my frustration with the pathetic service i received i was not having it and told the agent i am going straight hellopeter."""
