Pathetic service combined with over charge.

It is with great disappointment that i have to type a second complaint regarding Mcdonalds Lonehill. The first time i didn't even get resolution and this time im hoping to find resolution as i was over billed.<br> I went to Mcdonalds yesterday just after 3pm as I was in a hurry and Mcdonalds would be the quickest and it was on the way - What a mistake that was. I went to the drive through were my order was messed up and then i got to the window were i paid and on receiving my slip i picked this up so i walked into the Mcdonalds and asked for the manager - A lady approached and she messed it up even further cos the initial order was R75.00. I gave her the chips and the cold drink back and was charged and extra R10.50 when in actual fact my entire order should have been R62.00. This is day light ******* and to top it up the consultant that took my order kept looking at me and speaking in zulu as if she was cursing -- This is not acceptable and it is clear that the Lonehill Mcdonalds is becoming the worst Mcdonalds ever... After this experience i will definitely not go back but i want my refund for the extra charge of R23.50.
