Pathetic service

I got to Malvern McDonald's this morning at 06:48. I placed my order and I was told that my chicken patty wasn't ready and I have to wait at the next window. 15 minutes later I reversed my car to the main window only to find that my order is ready and the staff was just too busy screaming and talking to each other. The chicken patty was also over fried. (Burned)
