Pathetic service by shift manager

<p>Bought two chicken burger meals and ordered two cokes with no ice......when I get the window to receive my order I get both my cold drinks with no ice but half full....I then ask the lady which takes it back and then calls the manager who says it because of the ice that's the reason why it's half full.....I have ordered the same meals at many other outlets and have never had this problem.....the manager then says that it's the machine and there is nothing that she can do....."Sorry". I am sure that this is not the case and was furious but I then said to her not to worry and that someone will be in touch as this is *******. I am very disappointed with the service and worst of all a manager to be that.</p>
