Pathetic service by consultants more so without any signage!!!!!!

Hi to whom it may concern

I arrived mid day at Kempton park monument McDonald’s.. from buying alcohol at picknpay in a bag and sealed. We wanted to buy takeaways and go home and were sadly turned back by management being Portia who was the acting manager and Kgomotso who was a consultant .

There were guys standing outside Nyaope guys standing outside and they’re were at risk of *****ing our belongings as we were told that we should keep it outside. The attitude that both manager and consultant showed was despicable and appalling!

No where does it say that we’re not allowed to come in with sealed alcohol in a shopping bag not even disclosing what is in there. This is pure **************, and is utter bull****. All we wanted was to buy food and leave..

This behaviour is unacceptable more so if they are loosing potential customers! May these people get the harshest sanction for dishonouring such a reputable franchise!

I’m not happy with this as this is a first encounter! Signage must be promoted and displayed to let customers know at this current point in time that was not shown ..even if there was anything. But please deal with the relevant people.
