Pathetic Service

On the 28/09/2019 went to McDonald's in Dobsonville Ext 3 i asked for a chicken folder which i was advised they do not have and then asked for a Mc Flery orio which again the didn't have.

I went to buy a Bic MAC which i was advised the don't have lettuce for,i had the 2 BigMac which later i found they were missing other ingredients.

i was not the only customer that was so disappointed and the duty manager didn't even have the courtesy of apologizing he was glad to refund the customers.

what a pathetic service
